Submission Requirements

1. Completed Registration Form;
2. Provide a complimentary copy of the publication to be featured/signed on May 17, 2008 to the Workshop Committee on or before January 31, 2008;
3. A current Biography; and  
4. A photograph for promotional purposes and conference brochures will be required once the Author Registration Form is accepted and approved for the She Matters Conference and Expo.

Agreement and Signature

If accepted, this submission constitutes a commitment to appear, sign, and sell the publication provided to the workshop committee at the She Matters Conference and Expo on May 17, 2008.  Conference registration fees are waived for author and one (1) assistant.  Authors and assistants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.  By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in it are true and complete. I further affirm I am not an abuser of children, have not been found to be an abuser of children, convicted of a crime involving children, prohibited from interacting with children or prohibited from engaging in child-related employment. I understand that if I am accepted as a presenter, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made by me on this application may result in my immediate dismissal without refund for any monies expended.
